01. Fitting and care guide

Fitting and length

A handmade Robe from Ross Anthony is generously cut, roomy, luxurious and comfortable to wear. 

The Robes are made for a generous fitting and length. The generous cut is for comfort and coverage, so you can feel more comfortable and covered whilst wearing them. The longer length provides better coverage. 

The two types of measurements we offer are Sleeve Length & Body Length.

Sleeve length is measured from nape of neck to wrist. Body length is from nape of neck to bottom of hem. 

These should not define how you should wear your Robe. You can wear it with your hem dragging along behind you, your sleeves rolled, whatever works for you!

The inside tie keeps the front of the robe in place.

Will the robe keep me warm?

Greener construction, using vintage and natural fibres feel divine to the touch. The silk and cotton lining has thermal qualities, and it feels beautifully soft against the skin. 

Silk cotton linings are chosen for silk’s thermal qualities & cotton’s ability to absorb moisture while also making your robe easier to care for. 

Care guide

  • Please hand wash your Robe in cold water with a mild detergent.
  • Do not wring
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Cool iron
  • Can be dry cleaned

02. Shipping

How does shipping work?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however over weekends there may be a small delay in dispatching your order.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order’s delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the Australia Post website.

If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you. Please note: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours after placing your order.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

What if my parcel does not turn up?

Robes by Ross Anthony will work with Australia Post to assist in locating lost parcels.  

  • Check Tracking Number to Determine Delivery Date
    Please ensure that you have checked the tracking number to determine if your parcel has been delivered or is about to be delivered.
  • Parcel Not Delivered by Delivery Date
    If the parcel has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date, please notify Australia Post. You can also contact Robes by Ross Anthony and we will raise a “lost parcel” enquiry on your behalf and follow up.
  • Stolen Parcel
    If proof of delivery is provided from Australia Post, but parcel appears to stolen, please report this to the police.

    Australia Post do not provide any insurance should this occur.

    Also, please provide feedback to Robes by Ross Anthony in relation the lost parcel.

03. Payment, terms and conditions

How will the payment appear?

Robes by Ross Anthony will appear on your credit card or bank statement for any payments made.

We accept online payment in a secure environment via Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) PayPal or Bank Transfer.

All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Terms and conditions

When purchasing products from Robes by Ross Anthony you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Web Site Sales

  • Orders cannot be changed once processed.
  • Robes by Ross Anthony will always try to fill your order, however, if we are out of stock we will offer a similar replacement product or refund your money.
  • When purchasing online, the colour of the product that displays on your screen may not be an exact match of the colour of the product.  Rarely does an image appear the same across different devices.  Please check the colour of your purchase matches your expectations before you use.
  • We are not able to exchange products which have been worn for reasons of hygiene.  Thank you!

04. Returns and exchanges

30 Day Easy Returns Guarantee

We understand that sometimes you just change your mind. That’s why you can return most things anytime up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

Postage will not be refunded.

All returns must be in original condition, have tags attached and be unused/unwashed.

Can I return a faulty product?

  • The product must have been purchased within 30 days of notifying Robes by Ross Anthony of the fault.

Please note that wear and tear of the product under normal use is not considered a fault.  If you are unsure, please email ross@robesbyrossanthony.com.au and include a photo of the fault.

Once we receive the product, we will review and if it is faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund (you decide which you want).

We are not able to exchange products which have been worn for reasons of hygiene.
